Facilities: Will contain Accommodation, Library contains Books, Audio, Video materials Ministers with Gifts of Prophetic and Discernment and Food of all kinds. Maximum of 7 families will be housed at any point in time. Computer, Internet, TV, Video Projector, Facility to print and copy the materials. Children and the family will come together, facility to accommodate. Operation: Facility will be built by WCF UK Facility will be maintained by a reputed Businessmen who has the similar call Business income will supply all the needs of provisions Refurbishment and furnishing will be done by the local business Local spiritual father will be nominated Local printing facility to supply all our printing needs Spiritual: All the spiritual material and the basic guidelines will be given by WCF UK Personal will be trained by WCF UK for spiritual enhancement Accountability to WFC UK and also dual accountability with local spiritual father. Time: 90 days to 180 days will be allowed for the minister to stay! Short term also to be considered depending upon the nature of the minister Where: Priority Asia 3 Africa 4 Europe 2 & America 1 Normally we will encourage the minister to travel to other side of the continent rather than closer to their home. When: by 2012 work will commence by 2020 minimum of 10 centers will be established |
