Abraham and Adeline along with their sons Ajay and Ajith, hail from India. They were living in Indonesia before when they felt God calling them to move to UK.God moved in a supernatural way and opened a door for them to move to UK in November 2003.Abraham wanted to do some Bible college education, so he was looking for a home near Northwood closer to London Bible College. One day he found himself in a wrong train to go over there so he got out at Rayners lane tube station thus ending up in the right place .He with his family have been living at Rayners lane since. The family started worshiping at Rayners Lane Baptist Church regularly and soon Abraham became a Deacon in RLBC in 2004. Meanwhile they started an outreach program known as “Neighborhood Network” which targeted the Asian community in and around the area to meet monthly and thus slowly reach out with the gospel. At this point Abraham lay upon in his heart to start a Tamil fellowship for the Tamils around Rayners lane. Thus Tamil Fellowship was started at RLBC in October 2005.The fellowship soon grew up to 50 people. From the time they moved in to UK Abraham and Adeline along with 2 other sisters met at their home regularly on Tuesdays to pray, this was a source of great spiritual growth and support. This prayer meeting turned in to a structured Bible study along with intercessory prayers with about 12 people attending it. God’s Spirit moved amazingly during these meetings with manifestation of gifts of the Spirit. Abraham was prompted by God in 2005 to register a company called Trinity business Limited, this business did well and took him around the world not only to do business but also to do God’s work. Within the last three years God has opened many doors in many continents to preach His word powerfully. In the early 2008 God spoke to Abraham to come forward more into ministry. He took a long time to pray and seek His guidance to move forward in the ministry. Late September God spoke to me to step down from the leadership and also be prepared to move from our comfort zone. November 2008 we have seen big step in terms of stepping down from the Leadership of the Church as well as from the RLBC Tamil Fellowship. Soon we found that God has already orchestrated the step of starting our own church, which will be base for our call to Build and encourage the body of Christ. Summer 2007 saw one of our friend visiting from India and God spoke that our ministry to be called as World Christian Fellowship! So we got the name then the next ministering under that banner. January 2009 we are starting our ministry to support and bring the change in the body of Christ to fulfill His purpose upon our lives. God brought a wonderful spirit filled team of people to be the leaders of this ministry. |
